Founded in 2026, VANTX Group was created to give organisations access to clear, experience driven advice at the moments when it matters most. Our work spans crisis management, crisis intervention, public safety, risk, negotiation and strategic leadership, shaped by years of operational practice in environments where decisions carry real consequences. Clients come to us when they want guidance that is both technically sound and grounded in the realities of how people think and behave under pressure.

We support organisations in three ways. First, we help teams strengthen their ability to plan for, respond to and recover from disruption. Second, we build capability through training that is shaped around the needs of each client, from leadership development to structured decision making and organisational readiness. Third, we negotiate on behalf of clients or alongside them, offering support and leadership across a wide range of commercial discussions.
